How it Works
Step 1 – Review the website. Complete and submit the “Is a Marathon For You?” questionnaire on the homepage. Contact Carley for any questions.
Step 2 – Carley will contact you to schedule a more thorough discussion of the training she provides and allow both trainer and trainee to ask more detailed questions.
Step 3 – After a specific package has been determined to be the best fit, sign up by making your first payment. (At this point, you may access a client-only portal with more information and tips to help you reach your goals.)
Step 4 – Train for your half or full marathon with Carley!
Step 5 – Finish the race injury free and very satisfied.

Home Studio
Train at your home/gym or in my home studio! In my 12 years of experience working in several fitness centers, I found that keeping the gym clean has always been a battle, whether it’s a high-end or cheaper gym I’ve seen: dirty floors, dirty equipment, poor air quality, pools not maintained properly, and more. I assure you that my home studio and bathroom/shower are clean. The equipment is sanitized, and the floor will be free of dirt and dust. Our 1-on-1 training sessions means no one else will be in the room with us. I can also suggest other gyms that rank high in cleanliness and am happy to discuss further measures for safety and cleanliness.

Home Gym Design: help with purchasing equipment, gym location, working within a set budget. Price determined by your budget; free 1 hour home visit consultation
Personal Training and/or 1-on-1 Yoga: a 1-hour session for $60 in my home studio or virtual, and a 1-hour session for $80 at your home (within St Louis City and County 45min radius)
Stretching and/or Myofascial Release: 20- and 40-minute options, added onto any 1-hour training session – $20 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min
