This program is designed for someone ready to give 110% effort to running or run/walking a marathon, whether it’s your first or last. You are looking to hire a trainer who knows what she is doing, with whom you can have total confidence in her guidance and are ready to give the time and energy required to make your marathon training experience positive and successful.

Carley will train you three times a week in her home or yours, inside or out, giving you routines for strength training and a specific running schedule. She can help design a home gym within your budget, in a place, and with the equipment you will use and enjoy. She will reply promptly to your texts with questions or if you need encouragement. If you want to finish a marathon in a fantastic location out of state, she will help you before, during, and after the event. Carley will be there for you from start to finish.
