Once you decide to train for a marathon, Carley will be there with you every step. She will review your health history and past events, then design a program for you with short-term and long-term goals. She will advise on local gyms, their equipment, and how to utilize your time training. She will give you tips on injury prevention, fueling, recovery, running gear, and pacing to stay healthy and perform well on race day. If you decide that you’d like one or more 1-on-1 training sessions, she can add those on for an hourly rate.
Carley offers a unique perspective as someone who has finished seven marathons, has experience as a trainer, suffered from injuries herself, and found healthy ways to recover and return to athletic activity. She can help you with the mental aspect of running, goal setting, and creating a mindset that puts you on the road to success to achieve your goals.
