Maybe you are already a runner and want to try the distance of 26.2 miles. Carley will help you cross that finish line. Or perhaps you have experience with marathons and are having difficulty getting your desired PR. Carley can provide some fresh insight into what you may be doing wrong and how you can improve your training. Or perhaps you tried to train for a marathon; you registered for the event, but you were unable to run or finish the event due to one or more injuries.

Carley will give you one-on-one, personalized attention and advice on training and running without reinjuring yourself. She will train you twice a week, showing you proper running techniques, and how to strength train for the most benefit of those muscles used in running. She offers stretching, myofascial release, and yoga to aid in healing and the mental side of completing 26.2 miles. Give it a try with an experienced trainer, who’s also a runner, who truly cares about you and your goals.
