You need a goal to help you lose weight, boost your self-esteem, or challenge yourself; running or walking a half marathon might be for you. The half marathon can be a local event or one out of state; it can be done solo or with a friend, and you might have a time goal or plan to simply finish.
Whatever your reason, Carley will be there to support you in whatever ways you need most. She will train you once a week, either in her studio or in your own home. She will suggest local gyms and give you workouts to do at those gyms for cross-training to avoid injury and increase strength and flexibility. You will gradually, at your own pace, increase the running or walking distances to build up endurance over time. She will provide a safe, clean environment for you to train in her home-based studio, in addition to helping you map out your runs or walks. Most importantly, she will be your cheerleader and teammate.
